I had my car serviced with your selves 6 weeks ago and you fitted a new tyre tthere was a problem with a missing bump stop also which I was told you would contact me to rectify which you didn’t I had to contact yourselves also I asked you to check the tracking so it didn’t scrub off the edge of the new tyre I brought my car in for the work to be done 22/9/09 I recieved a call saying I needed a new tyre on the other side because there was 0 tread on the inside edge 6 weeks before there was 4 mm across the tyre Noted on service sheet I Sked for an explanation and was fobed off I asked to speak to. Service manager And was told in a meeting and Forman would see me I was fobed off again and girl on desk said they must have made mistake on sheet I asked for service manager to contact me and he rang about 4 hrs later I asked about problem and he said would ring back in half hour 2 days later obviously hoping I will go away I feel that the tracking wasn’t done properly or if at all and it has ruins the tyre I feel that your company need to replace the tyre due to poor workmanship and I feel your customer service is very poor please contact me on 07725950870 asap.
