   my 59 plate astra was taking back to arnold clark because it woudnt turn over, that was 5 days before xmas, i am still waiting for return of car, it was due to go in for a valet and booked in for 2 new tyres but not even had a curtesey call,

   bought new car with supaguard + 2 yrs service included in deal, when collecting car was told service was not in the deal and would have to pay it as a seperate item, feel conned out of £250 approx, check all deteails before agreeing + signing off any deal..

   fBought renault mcgane approximatly 4 months ago . waited about 3 months for spare key. car in garage for new coil under warrenty. car in garage again another new coil out of warrenty but agreed to pay said i would be better getting them all done had to pay for 2 also informed my tyres were almost at the limit quoted £100 each for michelins refused but now have had to get new ones on now going into garage because window wont close , all this in just4 months do you recomend next time i buy another car i come back to arnold clark

   wuld it be poss to be given choices on different car deals, as my laslest one is due to terminate next June 2010
