   My wife recently bought a used car from Arnold Clarke at shiremoor and after having it a few housrs noticed the windscreen was chipped with a crack. We rang the next day and spoke to the guy who sold us the car. The salesman promised he would order a new windscreen and get it fitted for us. 3 weeks later and we’re still waiting for the replacement windscreen. We’ve rang up twice and he keeps telling us that the windscreen is on order - its a bloody citroen windscreen, they don’t make them in outer Mongolia so how come its taking 3 weeks!!! Is it coming via the moon??? The lasy time we rang the sales guy advised it would be sorted out the next week. Its now Thursday and still no phonecall. Arnold Clarke Shiremoors customer service is dire to say the least.
