I currently drive a Toyota Auris SR and i am interested in purchasing a Ford Kuga because its a four wheel drive. My neighbour was quite mobile when we had the bad snow last year. I had to make do with commuting to work on the train. At 9am this morning 27/9/11 i went to Bristol Street Motor, Bristol RD, Birmingham after work to view. I parked my car. Had a good look round. Saw 2 Kuga cars of interest. A salesman came out of the building. Asked me if the car that i had parked was mine. I said yes. Then he said could i move the car because i am blocking cars and we need to move them later. I was upset by his remark and left immediately. What he should have said was. Good morning. how can i help you!!!!!!
