I second Miss B’s comments by saying its a joke as the same thing happened to me. They never return calls and you are constantly chasing them up. And im still resolving problems regarding my car and the deal that we made. My car was never valeted and came absolutely filthy and was disgusting inside. I strongly suggest that you shop around before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Evans Hallshaw Durham is a joke, their admistration is poor. I bought a new car and have no log book, or any paperwork, other than the service manual amogst several other problems which are still waiting to be resolved.
They never return your calls so be prepared to be the one chasing them.
The staff are friendly but are let down by the diorganisation
