The New shape Mazda 6 is going down a storm in the UK market with dealers comenting on lack of stock an limited availability caused by high demand.

The Volume brand Mazda finalised the car in late 2007 and showroom models rolled out accross the country in greater numbers in 2008.

The Mazda 6 is a quality drive and has positioned itself with very similar styling, drive quality and overall experience as a Lexus??? or has it. Lexus the executive model brand offer a higher spec of motor and higher quality build thus demanding a higher price bracket so they claim but the quality of the Mazda is so good the bar has been seriously raised and Lexus will have to pull something special out of the bag to justify such a price difference.

Does this make the Mazda 6 the poor mans Lexus? Not quite… although the Mazda 6 demands a not too high price tag its still not as affordable as a Mondeo or Vectra equivalent but the quality of the car is worth an extra few grand. The New Mazda 6 looks great in signature colours White and Black and has a wide model range line up from the entry level S and TS to the Sport edition soon to be followed later in the year by a Mazda 6 MPS version.

With head turning good looks the New Mazda 6 prowls the street of the UK.
