I’m not impressed with Holden’s service department. My vehicle was taken in to them with a problem with the steering lock, which they charged me £260 just to diagnose, and came back with more problems than it went in with. Mainly my key card had developed a fault, it worked fine when i dropped the car off but i did enquire about the price of a new key card as i only had the one. Convenient that the card works fine when car left with them, then as soon as i enquire how much a new one is it “develops” a fault! I’ll let you draw your own conclusions! Needless to say when confronted about this they deny all knowledge and insist i need to pay full for a new card!
