bought a car from this garage absolutely disgusting customer service!! the manager and the salesmen do not care about you just getting your money!! if yu have a problem with this garage do not complain to them personally go higher up!!!! i found the salesman and the manager very rude and intimidating!!!

I had the misfortune to take my car for servicing,and at same time check ABS warning light and a rubbing noise coming from gearbox area.
I was informed that further checks would be required and they would need my car longer but all they seemed capable of doing was to plug a diagnostic computer in which gave no answers(chargeable of course). I had to call at end of second day to be told that I couldn’t have car back again as work not finished (what if I needed a car)? On third day I was informed at 5pm that rear wheels need to be sent off to hammer out ABS sensors and….sorry sir the wheels are off and engineers have gone home for weekend….so no car for the weekend!! They just didn’t care.
Apparantly during the MOT on the Monday the inspector noticed the engine mounting had failed on one side which accounted for the noise and 2 days of investigation by Peugeot mechanics.
I left the garage over £750 poorer having no car for 5 days and extreemly frustrated… Oh and the ABS warning lights came back on after 2 weeks!
I left it until Feb 2010 to pluck up courage to return car for this problem and also asked them to fit a fog lamp I supplied and refit the black trim to skirting.
After not having a phone call I rang at 5pm to be told yes you have a fault on ABS and it may take a further 2 hours of investigation and can they have car for a few more days!! What did they think I booked the car in for? What were they doing for 8 hours to the car?
I caught bus and picked car up just before closing and again they just didn’t care…. why didnt they phone me? All theyd sone was to fit the fog light, not even fixing the trim.
Do they really expect customers to return? I will never go back and advise others to steer well clear

I am very disappointed with Robbins & Day S.Croydon garage. I gave in my car for it to be checked as the airbag lights were on. When I got the car back I saw the door was chiped. The paint was gone and it was like a hole. I told them about it and then they took it in to repair it. I then went to pick the car up thinking that it was finished but no it was the same. I complained to the manager in verbal and written but the manager did not care then at the end of the conversation the manger said that how do they know if theyreally did it,? What kind of customer service is this? Disappointing.. Frustrating.. Disgusting..
The garage obliged to take care of my vehicle whist it was their possession.
p.s do not go to that garage as they provide terrible service.
